2013 Ivey Venture Forum a Great Success!
The 2013 Ivey Venture Forum was held on May 30, 2013 showcasing the great entrepreneurial talent our community has to offer to asold out crowd. All company finalists presented well to the judges and congratulations to our winner, Dymaxium Healthcare, and runner up, Café Xaragua!
Our moderator Billy Hennessey kept our event lively and our guest speaker Kirk Simpson (CEO of Wave) gave great insight into how to increase your chance of being successful, as an entrepreneur or within a company.

The Ivey Venture Forum, historically the Ivey Alumni Association -Toronto’s (IAAT) biggest and most successful event, brings together entrepreneurs and investors for an engaging and interactive discussion. Five entrepreneurs will pitch their companies to a panel of judges and audience of investors. Unlike Dragons’ Den though, the audience in attendance as well as followers on Twitter will have the opportunity to ask questions to the contestants. The winning entrepreneur will be announced at the end of the event.
